Getting rid of bingo wings is not easy. And most supplements promising to make the arm fat melt off like butter do not live up to their hype.

However, there are certain supplements that can make your bingo wing mission easier. Now they won’t do all the work for you, but they will lighten the load.

So without further ado, here are some supplements that DO help:

1. Argentinean tea. Your best bet here is yerba mate. I have not yet found a more powerful loose leaf tea on the market. This is probably the single best nutritional aid you can take to help reduce bingo wings. Just make sure you start off with small doses.

2. Green tea. But not all green tea is created equal. Stay away from bags and stick with loose leaf forms. Be careful if you’re taking any blood thinners like aspirin or fish oil since green tea is also a blood thinner.

3. Proteoglycan pills. In other words, glucosamine sulfate. It does a moderately well job at preserving your joints. And joint preservation should be top priority because once your joints give out, you can’t get them back.

4. Health bars. Natural energy bars are great tools for getting you out of a bind. Just make sure you don’t use them as substitutes for food on a regular basis, this will make getting rid of bingo wings that much harder.

5. Fish oil. This supplement is a little tricky. You see, many companies do not list EPA and DHA content, and many people take too much fish oil. All you need is 3 grams, have more and you risk damaging your heart.

Now please understand that supplements will not do all the bingo wing work for you. They can help, but they won’t burn the arm fat without effort on your part. So please take supplements with a grain of salt and understanding. The best way to lose arm fat is by controlling insulin and working out very hard.

Can You Reduce Arm Flab With Energy Drinks?

Getting rid of arm flab is not easy. And in an attempt to get a slight edge, many women turn to energy drinks. Unfortunately, energy drinks come with many side effects that add up over time.

Letting go of energy drinks can be hard. They are ultra convenient and all you have to do is drink a bottle and instant energy is yours.

But you should be aware of the negative side effects of taking bottled energy for reducing arm flab:

1. Digestive lining degradation. Almost all energy drinks have one main ingredient in common: caffeine. And high amounts of caffeine can damage your digestive lining. It can also cause a lot of gastric distress.

2. Artificial masking of sleep debts. Just because you no longer feel the need to sleep, doesn’t mean that your body isn’t suffering the consequences. One consequence, is a reduction in the production of arm flab burning hormones.

3. Unconscious sleep sabotage. When you fall asleep, you’ll reawake at least 10 times. But the awakenings are so brief and light that you don’t remember any of them. Too much bottled energy during the day can increase said awakenings. The end result is poorer sleep without you being aware of the cause.

4. Increased stress. Energy drinks stimulate your adrenal glands to release epinephrine, dopamine and norepinephrine. All of which give you a tremendous surge of energy. Over time, the constant bombarding of your adrenal system can accelerate aging.

5. Low grade dehydration. Caffeine can mask many things. In this case, it can simultaneously mask and increase dehydration. Not a good combination for getting rid of arm flab. After all, hydration does effect metabolism and recovery from workouts. Moreover, it has a strong effect on your mood.

You are much better off sticking with loose leaf teas instead of energy drinks. However, you still have to be careful with abuse here. If some area in your daily routine is lacking, attack it before popping more caffeine. This will be a much better approach for losing that arm flab.

High protein diets are extremely seductive. After all, they can cause a massive amount of weight loss in a very short amount of time. But there is a catch, most of the weight is water.

Even worse, there are many additional side effects that accompany high protein diets.

So, without further ado, here is how high protein diets can decrease your health:

1. Increased muscle wasting: Your nervous system needs a constant supply of broken down carbohydrates in the form of sugar. If carbs aren’t present in your diet for this to happen, your muscle gets broken down and converted into sugar.

2. Increased cortisol: This further accelerates muscle breakdown while simultaneously decreasing your immunity. You see, cortisol has an immunity suppressing effect. This is one of the many reasons people feel so weak when on high protein diets.

3. Less mental performance: You see, although your body can convert muscle protein to sugar for your brain, it’s not a very efficient process. Subsequently, your mental performance decreases. So if you need to maintain mental performance, high protein diets are probably not for you.

4. Depressed mood: The research is crystal clear here, food causes alterations in the brain just like drugs do. And carbohydrates are no exception to this effect. In fact, taking out carbohydrates from your diet decreases levels of serotonin.

5. Less intensity: For the absolute best workouts, your body needs full levels of muscle carbohydrates. Without them, you can’t reach your intensity potential. This in turn decreases the amount of calories your body burns outside of your workouts.

6. Loss of definition: You need carbohydrates to have the toned look. You see, carbs pull water into your muscles. If you stop eating them, your muscles dehydrate and end up looking like deflated balloons. So be conscious of this before avoiding carbs.

High protein diets aren’t all their cracked up to be. You see, although they do cause very rapid short term water weight loss, they aren’t very good for your health. So take heed of the advice in this article!

5. Use croc pots: Croc pots are a great tool for automating the preparation of large quantities of food. You see, croc pots are so advanced in this day and age, that you can literally push a couple buttons and let them do all the work for you.

Optimizing your eating patterns is the best thing you can do to reduce the barriers to fitness success. Too many people fail because they think dieting has to be an all out commitment. They key here is to work smarter, not harder!

Losing weight and keeping it off will be extremely hard if you don’t eat enough carbohydrates. Unfortunately, despite this truth, endless weight loss hopefuls simply stop eating carbs.

1. Your nervous system is optimized to function on a steady supply of sugar: Without carbohydrates, your brain turns to ketones, the breakdown byproducts of fat and protein catabolism. And while it can survive on ketones, it can’t reach maximum performance with them.

4. You miss the glut-4 increase without them: In other words, your cells become hyper absorbent towards carbs for a very short time period immediately after exercise. And this is a great time to shuffle an excess of carbs into your muscles which in turn will allow you to maximize caloric burn next time you exercise.

5. You need them for maximum definition: Think of your muscles as balloons, but instead of being filled with air, they are filled with carbohydrates and water. If you don’t eat carbohydrates, the water comes out of your muscles. This leaves you with a flat and flaccid look.

6. Your mood depends on them: Study after study has shown that as carb intake goes down, so does levels of serotonin. And without enough serotonin, life will lose its color. So make sure you are well aware of this before going the low carb route.

Carbohydrates play a vital role in how you look and in how you feel. So make sure you think long and hard before taking them out of your diet!
