I presume getting prepared for one’s wedding is just one of the majorities of anticipated events in a couple’s life. This is when everything is being settled to make sure that the huge event is an excellent one. We want everyone to remember this special day since everything turned out perfectly.
Nevertheless, no matter how much we prepare for this day, there seems to be always something wrong bound to happen. For example, the band required to play on your wedding reception didn’t come because they were only paid to play on your wedding ceremony and that is it. No one arranged for how long the reception location will likely be used and now the management is requesting for everybody to vacate the area in an hour because there shall be another reception to take place in the next hour.
All these unwanted scenes and so much more can happen if the responsibilities are not delegated evenly to both the bride’s and the groom’s party. They may be avoided in a lot of ways. Both the bride’s and the groom’s side should communicate really well to avoid any assumptions that the other side paid for this and that so we don’t have to pay for this and that. Having this kind of attitude spells out disaster in a wedding preparation.
Proper delegation should be recognized in preparation of a wedding. Normally, there is a list of the traditional wedding cost designation for the bride and the groom’s family. This will actually help both parties to decide on which costs to pay for and if they think that this is not applicable to them, then they would need to split up designations to make sure that everything’s fare and square. You don’t want your in-laws fighting over the costs of your wedding even before they become legally in-laws, do you? Of course not. So here are some of the traditional wedding cost designations that could help organize your wedding expenses.
The bride’s family should take care of all the cost of the wedding ceremony such as the location of the wedding ceremony, the rentals for the chairs, lights, music along with the decorations which will adorn the entire wedding place. You can have flowers for the decorations which is generally the case for weddings. They would certainly also be the ones responsible for the whole wedding reception cost, which include the place of the reception, the food and type of beverages to be served, music or live entertainment, the reception decorations and obviously, the most awaited wedding cake. The bride’s family will also provide the gift for the groom. They happen to be also in charge of the photographers and also the photo coverage of the wedding as well as the reception. And finally, the wedding gown that the bride shall be wearing.
The groom’s household wedding assignments include the rings to be worn by the new couple, the marriage license, the bride’s flower bouquet and the flower corsages, the rehearsal dinner and of course, who could forget the honeymoon where the new couple will enjoy their brand new married life together. There isn’t much to add unless of course you want a really extravagant and fabulous wedding. Then most likely you could add more to the list given that everything will be taken care of to avoid any inconveniences on your big day.

Mangoes are surely first on my list when my friends and I attend a party or just a simple lunch out. Anyone loves how I prepare my mangoes. Be it preserved, fresh or baked, it sure is a hit. Within our past picnics, everyone has already been asking me to make my mango cheesecake. The cream cheese compliments the mangoes really well simply because the sour taste blends well and balances the sweetness of the ripe mangoes I use. There aren’t too much mango trees around so they cost a little pricier than the fruits that are usually accessible all year long. This fruit is also more available during the summer when the temperature’s kind of hot.
My friend is a wedding coordinator so I get to suggest the best mango recipes to be served on the wedding reception. Since the first time a couple from across the block tried to have mangoes as part of their entree, word has spread out and the next thing I knew, I’ve already been getting loads of orders for wedding receptions for mango pies, mango cakes, mango jelly and mango tarts.
Among the bestsellers that I have during wedding receptions, I love mango pies the most especially it has peaches to go with it. I think it’s better than apple pie. The smaller version of it is the mango tart which you could serve to the guests individually. This is actually better off since your guests wouldn’t have to slice pies themselves which is a little inconvenient for them. Another delightful recipe that I was able to perfect is the mango mousse. It is a very simple recipe because it’s made the same way how you would make a chocolate mousse. It replaces cakes easily because they have somewhat the same texture and you can build it looking like a cake.
The only real difference is that instead of a dark, chocolatey mousse, you get a light yellow mousse that you can load with mangoes around it. If you need it to be a little more colorful, you may add slices of strawberries and kiwi around it and you have your very own type of the mango mousse. It’s virtually limitless because you design your own mousse and you can easily add whatever you want to make your mango mousse look and taste more incomparable and fabulous. Another thing that I am interested of making is a mango pudding. I have not seen anyone make one of those. Not even in pastry shops. Perhaps people aren’t ready yet to risk making a mango pudding.
I mean, why not? A mango pudding sounds good. Everybody was also skeptical over the fact that mango pies can replace apple pies before and they were afraid to experiment on making some. We do not have to limit our taste to the conventional and traditional recipes that we are accustomed to have. I have even tried eating green mangoes with cooked shrimp paste and it was just as heavenly as any other appetizers I’ve tasted.
You can never go wrong with a mango recipe because mangoes tend to be tasteful naturally and you don’t have to produce a taste for it simply to make it delicious. You just need to think of more ways to prepare it. If you ever believe that you are a bit too scared to play around with mango recipes, I advise you start off with making a mango shake to warm up, then try whipping up cream, add mangoes and you’ve got a mango mousse. It’s actually a healthy and delicious fruit that will hopefully leave your friends asking for more.

Today’s men wouldn’t settle for anything less in terms of shopping. They just won’t get caught alive wearing the same pair of shorts they wore yesterday. You’ll see men flossing their teeth in the washroom. You’ll see some men walking around with designer duffel bags hanging on their shoulder just like how women would carry those and not look odd. Men today go shopping and when they do, they spend their cash carefully. They want to get all their money’s worth and get the most benefits that they are entitled to as customers.
Which is why numerous designer stores who cater mostly for guys set up a lounge, making their customers feel more comfy while shopping inside the store. Several stores even offer coffee or tea to its clients and prospective clients only to drum up trade. I would personally opt for many different types of store where you will probably be greeted by their friendly staff, willing to wait until you’ve decided on what shirt, shoes, hat, suit or accessories to order. And in the event that you didn’t buy anything, they’d still treat you no different from the people buying something.
I noticed that a number of males also like to go shopping for toiletries. I know it used to be a girl thing to shop for fragrant soap, lotion, face cream, overnight face packs as well as other vanity things that we won’t ever call vanity but rather, so-called demands. But the thing is, guys also spend many cash on these things like colognes, perfume, oil blotting papers for the face and a lot more that wasn’t there before.
The way men shop has changed because there are more products that the modern man wants and needs to have. Advertising plays a big role in this phenomenon. You’ll see different advertisements left and right in everywhere you go, each one suggesting that their product uses the latest technology for the modern man’s modern needs. Well, in a way, I would have to agree because the modern man who lives in the modern world needs modern things for his modern wants and necessities.
You cannot sell your line of musky fragrances to a young skilled professional who goes to a pretty and fully air-conditioned office because he’d end up being the laughing stock of the whole office. He’ll end up smelling like a grandfather. No offense to grandfathers but they tend to be most notable for the musky fragrances that to filled the air in uptown Beverly Hills. But that was ages ago. Adult men like Boss by simply Hugo Boss, Aqva Marine by simply Bvlgari, Dolce & Gabbana’s The Just one, Jean Paul Gaultier’s “Le Male” plus the ultimate Paco Rabanne’s 1 Million. They even come in gift sets that help to make it more worth it.
There are lots of men who can afford to buy the most expensive designer items there is in the market. But then again, only some can really pull it off with even the cheapest apparels and accessories and still look and feel like a million dollars and still get away with it.

It’s been said that if you make it in New York, then you can make it practically anywhere. Being able to survive New York is one of the best accomplishments that a person can ever brag about because the streets of New York can be really mean. On the contrary, The Big Apple is also one of the best places to shop because there are streets that are entirely dedicated to the designers who want to have their merchandises available to all the people who come to New York and leave with the designers’ names in their shopping bags. And speaking of shopping the Big A, you can shop just like your favorite celebrity and when you do, do it in style.
Here are some instructions that you may follow to be able to shop around New York, the Hollywood way. Before you do that, make sure that you have a hefty amount of cash with you and a credit card with a good credit limit to make sure that you don’t get embarrassed while making your purchases and the sales lady immediately approaches you and asks for another credit card since the one you gave her just got declined. So now we proceed with the suggestions as promised.
First thing that you need to have that celebrity feel when you go shopping is to look around before you make any purchases. The sales people inside the shop might think that you’re just another window shopper. This is the part when you surprise them all, grabbing all the items that you want. Don’t ask for the price and don’t ever make the price tag your first target. This is very enjoyable and very celebrity-like.
The next thing to do to make it a real celebrity shopping is to take your friends along or hire a bodyguard to stand beside you during your designer store hopping to draw attention. Believe me, every person shall be coming up to you to find who the celebrity is. Some of them might even ask for their pictures taken with you.
One more thing to take note is to never take a cab or the subway unless you’d choose to go incognito. With all the shopping bags you have, you need to travel in style. Maybe it’s a rented SUV or a limo that can easily drive you to the poshiest stores in the city. Truly an attention grabber and works all the time.
You may also do the celebrity-in-disguise drama by sporting a really concealed look either with a big scarf all over you or a baseball cap while holding your purse on one hand and a starbucks coffee latte on the other. It’s usually how celebrities would look like when they go shopping and they wouldn’t want to get recognized and draw up a crowd.
Finally, make Fifth Avenue your destination for shopping because this is where the posh stores are located. You’ll be able to buy stuff from Bvlgari, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, Fendi, Tiffany, Versace and a lot more. Aside from Fifth Avenue, you may also find more upscale stores at Upper West Side or SoHo.

I don’t know a single soul who doesn’t know or hasn’t heard of the Heart Of The Ocean Diamond Necklace that Kate Winslet (Rose DeWitt Bukater/Rose Dawson) wore in the 2nd All-Time Worldwide Box office movie Titanic.
I have to admit that it took me three long months before I was in able to see the movie after it started showing in the local theaters because everytime I tried to get a ticket for me and my buddies, the theater’s tickets were all sold out for the entire week and it absolutely something that I have never experienced yet so I didn’t have the mind to get tickets at the very least 2 weeks beforehand. An regular routine for me and my friends would be to go to the theatre, buy tickets and go in to watch our selected movie. Nevertheless, this movie experience was way diverse than what my friends and I have expected to happen.
Anyway, the highlight that everyone was waiting to see was when Rose asked Jack Dawson (Leonardo DiCaprio) to draw her wearing only the Heart Of The Ocean Necklace and nothing else. Within the cinemas, you could hear everyone gasp to see an incredibly attractive young lady get undressed in front of a young boy, asking him to sketch her in the nude.
I mean who wouldn’t want that? So then it became a huge hit among girls to have a piece of necklace similar or resembling The Heart Of The Ocean as part of their jewelry. And of course, online auction websites had their own hype of the piece of gem. You can guess that eBay was one of the top online auction websites to have a lot of online sellers auction at least one replica of the blue diamond movie replica and until the present day, you’d still see one amounting up to $600 or even more. I suddenly realized that the hype isn’t over yet even if it’s been 13 years since it first came out.
The last time I ran a research relating to the actual Heart Of The Ocean diamond, it was with Twentieth Century Fox’s movie archives. I’m uncertain if they’ve auctioned it off for a very good trigger or it still remains in their archives.
In weddings, the bride wearing a necklace that has a resemblance to The Heart Of The Ocean is probably the highlight of the whole ceremony. It is when she walks down the aisle incredibly slowly on purpose so that everyone could take a good look at the necklace she’s wearing. I just can’t imagine how long these brides would certainly take to walk down the aisle. I could only feel for the poor groom who waits by the altar patiently as he watches his bride approach him little by little. Anyways, it will definitely make any wedding as memorable as the movie and as dramatic as Rose’s quest to seek out Jack. And by the way, don’t forget to play the theme song “My Heart Will Go On” to get that real Titanic feel, too.
